        Love love love this branch! Excellent service, friendly staff- everyone here knows me and my family by name! Efficient, flawless process every time! And convenient location ;) This is the best branch of this bank in my opinion. Other branches don't seem nearly as friendly and accomodating compared to this one. Whenever I have an issue somewhere else, I know I can always call Auburn and they will make it right. They are always super friendly, helpful and just all around make you feel like a valued customer. They always answer the phone, smile, and you don't ever feel like a bother. Epitome of customer service!

        I have nothing but good things to say about this location. Everyone is friendly and helpful, never had an issue. Been banking here since OZK took over. It's also a plus that the ATM is never out of service.
