When I contacted my insurance carrier about my broken windshield, they gave me the names of three companies. My first call was to Safelite, where I spoke to someone at a call center who couldn't figure out whether or not they offered mobile service at my location. Frustrated with that experience, I called Ultimate Auto Glass. I spoke directly with the owner, who thoroughly explained the process and assured me they offered mobile service at my location. On the day of the service, the technician called and texted to keep me updated on his arrival time. I spent about 5 minutes with him when he arrived and another 5 minutes when he finished. That's all it took! This experience was great, and I'm glad I chose Ultimate Auto Glass over Safelite. Small businesses rock!

I contacted this company because they were referred by Subaru. They refused to come out and change my glass because they were inconvenienced. My job site requires them to wear a hardhat and go through a 10 minute safety class. Apparently, that was too much for them.
