The customer service is great at this loft location. The store is organized and clean. There's ample parking around the store that's really convenient

Had an incredibly disappointing experience with one of the managers, Ericka, on Sunday. After being shipped the wrong item from an online order, she refused to actually remedy the situation saying it's against policy. She was very rude and completely disinterested in anything I had to say. I complained to Loft corporate and in the survey I was sent after my visit, but have not heard a peep. After shopping at Loft for over a decade, I'm done. I am still in shock at the apathy of this previously client-focused business.
