Had a great experience working with the Shade Store particularly Regina. Was hard for me to make a decision on styling i wanted but she really helped with designs advice and was super patience with me. Love the curtains in the living room and about to get another for the dinning great experience all around.

I worked with Norma---started with a live chat while I was inquiring about custom roman shades. She worked with me for weeks---I had tons of questions and was concerned about their costs but when push came to shove. they were extremely competetive when you consider what they offer. A lifetime warranty! The shades are gorgeous. We wanted top-down bottom up roman shades which are hard to find and the material options are incredible. We went with raw silk and wow they are beautiful! Norma was a joy to work with! The installer who came out was incredible too. On time, quick and extremely helpful. I would gladly do business with them again.

Great customer service. The shades are excellent quality and aesthetically pleasing. This is the second home in which Ive had them installed.

My experience with the shade store was excellent. I was overwhelmed by different fabric color patterns that they offer and didnt know where to start. Norma helped me pick up the right color and fabric that matches with my taste and the decor of the house. I am extremely happy with the choices that we made together. I will definitely go back to work with her to finish the rest of the rooms in the future.

My experience with The Shade Store was excellent. I called the 800 number for help and spoke with Regina, . I want to thank her for her help with my somewhat complicated situation with the windows. I wanted solar powered shades installed on three 22"x22" windows that are at the top of a stairway wall. You were determined that a solution could be found and didnt give up on me. I enjoyed working with Regina. How lucky I was that she answered my call to The Shade Store. The Install. The install team was great. Sey and AJ arrived on time, were very kind, considerate, professional, experienced. I am so happy with the way the light comes in. 1% was the way to go. My experience with The Shade Store was a 10 all the way around.
