I have been dealing with Jennifers Glassworks (formerly Jennifers Windows) for many years. They built a custom door for me and their work is fabulous !! They are honest and the stand behind their product and workmanship. For me, there was never any of the typical well get back to you stuff, or me getting put on the back burner! If its not right they will see that you are completely satisfied. I highly recommend this family owned business to anyone in the market for their services.

Had Jennifer Glass replace 30 failed double pane insulated windows, immediately after installation some of the window panes failed with moisture showing in between the panes.. David would not come back and honor a replacement warranty He said he would come back, but he never did despite many phone call attempts to get them back.. Its too bad, his installation crew was very good, and we were happy until we noticed the moisture between the panes. Just know that warranty claims are a problem with this company

Cant say enough about this company! I had a very small project I needed help withthree small pieces of glass for an antique lampand Milla treated me like I was her most important customer! I came back less than two hours after dropping off and was all done, and they matched up my glass perfectly and at such a reasonable price! Im so thrilled to have our antique lamp fixed!

Ordered a custom leaded glass window from Jennifers. David and his family run this locally owned business and were amazing during the process. Great communication from design to install. Thanks!!! Highly recommend!
