My first time getting my brows tinted and the lady did a decent job, my only complaint with her is that her child was there being extremely loud with nonstop talking, the workplace is not for children I also got my lashes done by Chrissy and it was a horrible experience, she taped me up putting the tape on my eyes balls and then she puttered and cluttered around gor atleast 20 minutes before she actually started working on my lashes. She kept putting her big chunky fingers all in my eyes balls and up my nose, I had to ask her to readjust the tape and stop poking me in my eyes and she spent so much time pinching my eyelids with her utensils talking about the lashes were stuck together, it was very painful. Finally I just sat up and took the tape off paid and left without finishing. This was a horrific terrible experience, my first time at this establishment and I will never be back.

I recently got my lashes done a week ago. The lash tech was great & did an amazing job !! I loved them !! However the lashes started falling out rapidly, everyday. (Ive been getting my lashes done for a while & have never experienced this) Almost as if I need a a completely new set only a few days later. The lash tech did mention something about the glue not adhering properly & prolonged the process as she was doing my lashes so I assume that maybe it was something with the glue the lead to the poor retention. In any case, as much as I paid for my lash service I definitely didnt expect them to last only a week. I really do like the work at the beauty bar but Im hesitant about going back & trying someone else because I dont want to spend money for lashes that dont even last 7dys

I tried this beauty bar for the first time and actually loved my lashes. However, a few hours later I noticed my eyes were red but attributed to tiredness. Three days later my eyes still red and began to crust over confirming my suspicion of pink eye. I went to the doctor to confirm and got the official diagnosis of pink eye. I called the beauty bar just to inform them what had happened and try to prevent the inconvenience from happening to another customer. They immediately denied it couldve come from then and questioned if it was really pink eye. I urged them to take as a learning experience instead of trying to shift blame. I was never rude, and I have been extremely patient. They never even apologized nor accepted responsibility. I missed days of work and had to go without lash extensions on my vacation. Almost three weeks later they stopped responding and never issued a refund. Wow, to stoop to such lows and lie is just sad. I never told you I got pink eye numerous times. Also just because you havent given anyone pink eye before does not excuse you from this time. This is an example of how this establishment refused to take responsibility and why I felt it necessary to write a review. Lastly, I only got a refund because I went through my bank when I realized the refund have never been issued weeks later.
