Ray was out to my place the day I called. Alex was polite and answered all of my questions. Alex stayed at my house and talked to my insurance company to ensure that all of my damage was covered. Ray and his crew worked hard to remodel my entire kitchen and downstairs area to be ready in time for my family. I am so glad I called Service Restoration! We are extremely pleased with the work done by Service Restoration at our condo after out washing machine flood damaged 3 floors. They were very responsive and managed to get work within 3 hours of the flood. We highly recommend them for repair.
