WareSpace

Been here since it opened in September 2022. Jarmar (Property Mgr) has helped us (and WareSpace) run our business(es). The shared warehouse model has gone beyond the all inclusive rent for a secure unit to helping us by receiving deliveries when we need to be out of town. The shared warehouse model has for sure been a learning curve for the city and WareSpace leadership. We have seen WareSpace grow in its ability to support ours and other tenants businesses. In the past, WareSpace has not provided the communication / resolution we need to operate our business. Jarmar was the glue between our business and WareSpace in these early days and still remains the most helpful member WareSpace staff. As shared, we see a much more communicative and proactive WareSpace organization in 2024 than we did even in Aug 2023. For example, Loading dock clearance and functionality are essential to a warehouse. In 8/23, we shared with the other GA based WareSpace employee that we had a 53 truck driver that was uncomfortable unloading at the dock due to a fence (that didnt close) blocking the clearance in front of Dock 6, the employee said theyd done all they could do and removing the fence is expensive and suggested we unload outside. We had pallets of sugar that weigh about 5,000 pounds each - 2.5 tons) and the truck didnt have a lift gate - so it needs to back up to a loading dock to unload. I negotiated with the driver to get that delivery made (truck backed in diagonally blocking all 3 docks to deliver in dock 6). Rather than apologize, the employee ceased speaking to us afterwards (to this day). Once we figured out how to submit work orders, WareSpace had the fence removed in days. After Jarmar had created the impression that WareSpace was there to break down obstacles within their scope, this other employee gave us our doubts. Thanks to other WareSpace team members and Jarmar WareSpace regained our confidence in doing business with them. It did take us a few months to figure out the work order system as our business busiest season was beginning. Within a week, the fence was removed following our work order and a conversation with the other employees supervisor. WareSpace restored our trust in them that Jarmar had built since selling us on the vision what would become WareSpace. We just want to run our business and WareSpace now gets what Jarmar has always gotten. That, there is always more they can do when essential services are obstructed or non-functional. Since then, we have been extremely satisfied that, when things break, or impede ours and the other businesses operating, WareSpace has Jarmars back, our business, and the other tenants businesses. Recently (2/24), a different loading dock door broke causing it to be unable to close. WareSpace funded having the loading dock door maintenance company out after hours looking at the door. This level of service is what makes us now very satisfied to have our business operate out of WareSpace Atlanta. Jarmar continues to exceed our expectations of a property leader and WareSpace has his and our backs. Come join us at 1700 Marietta!

Ive been a tenant since they first opened in 2022. Could be more improvements but the rent is reasonable and they are trying to do more to engage tenants. Jarmar has been very helpful over the years.

Weve been at Warespace since opening day in 2022 and have enjoyed seeing it evolve. Weve loved working with Jarmar, and he continues to be the best part of our Warespace experience. The warehouse is pleasant, clean and well lit. We really appreciate that they are able to accept deliveries on our behalf when we cannot be there, and there are regular pickups by UPS/FedEx. Loading docks and pallet jacks make for easy freight in/out.

WareSpace is amazing. One of the best warehouse spaces out there. Its like warehouse space but also a wework. Lots of amazing entrepreneurs and new businesses. Jamarr and Crystal, the leasing managers are absolute rockstars. They are professionals and help you all throughout the way of getting moved in and managing day to day. Its cost effective. They have great offices and warehouse spaces. Its bustling but not too crowded. Great mix of folks. Lots of e-commerce businesses and other types of businesses too. Our business has continued growing since we moved in here and we ended up getting a second space. They also have nice amenities. Like ping pong tables, vending machines, monthly pizza socials, and a state of the art coffee machine. Not gonna lie the coffee machine is the icing on the cake. So easy to use. So many flavors. And the coffee is delicious. Its better than Starbucks. You wont ever want for anything here. looking forward to growing our company with WareSpace over the years!
