        I've been employed here for about two months now and it's been a nice place to work so far. The management team is easy going. The temperature in the building is based on the weather outside, so it's in the summer. I haven't witnessed the winter but I imagine it will be cold. The pay could be better, but I live like ten minutes away, so it's a Pro over Con. Hopefully, they'll work on the issue soon though, because everything is going up around us except the pay.
