They were so professional - from my initial contact, to their understanding of the brief, putting the interviewee at ease and the finished video. We worked with Blue Trail for a shoot in the US and remotely connecting from Tokyo. Their detailed and quick responses allowed me to update my client in a timely manner. Also on the day of the shoot we connected via live camera so that we could give remote directions to the speaker onsite.
