Sean Cousins was my sale representative. His professionalism and patience were exemplary!
Because this was my first electric vehicle, I had some reservations about buying one. But with Seans knowledge of the electric vehicles, he made sure that I felt comfortable with my purchase from start to finish!

The worst experience ever. I made an appointment to get a diagnostic on my CLA 250 and I made the appointment 2 weeks ago. 2 weeks ago. I was the 1st appt. 7:30am I live in Dallas ga and work in buckhead so thought it would be perfect. I get there drop off my car. I text around 12:30 or 1 to check on my car for them to tell me they havent looked at it yet. I get off at 4:30 I work for a law firm. I ask can you give me an ETA. They told me tomorrow maybe 12. WTH how am I supposed to get home? I just ask for my car back. I get there they tell me they been backed up since yesterday so why did u take my car. This makes no since this car is not cheap almost $300.00 for a diagnostic. I get there and the customer service is off they knew I was coming and it took almost 15mins for me to get out. I will not come back to this Service Center at again the worst.
