Dakota at Mastercars did an exceptional job working with me and got me into a dependable vehicle , even stayed late after hours. The entire staff did an exceptional job and i definitely recommend ten stars!!! When you go ask for Dakota does an excellent wonderful job !!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would dont go to this place especially the Hispanic witch that overly tries to rush and sell you a car they try to make you feel bad while getting a car because you have low credit its not worth it only 8 cars on there lot so if you looking for a lemon go to master cars they try to get you in a broken down car fast

I live this place. Don was very very helpful and helped me get a car and a nice one bye the way. I was able to test drive the car and on the way to the gas station we ran out of gas it was definitely an adventure but in the end they found a way to make my down payment affordable and my monthly payment as well. Im very happy with my purchase. Thank you Don.

I previously made a post that was the first day of interaction with this company. My salesperson was nice. However within a week and a half before the first payment was due the engine light appeared on the car and the car continued to drive rough. When called in Sandra the finance department Manager stated that I had to bring the car back so that it could be fixed and Sandra also stated that the business did not provide a loaner. I brought the car back to be fixed for four days I was without a car and had to Uber. A week later the same 2018 ford focus broke down at a intersection going in reverse Sandra requested a tow to get the car. Again left without a car. I was phoned by the auto mechanic office that the car would be fixed. Durning this time I had a conversation with Sandra and I told her that at that point I didnt want the car that I wanted my 1500 returned because they didnt provide me with a working car. Sandra told me that they do not do refunds and if I dont accept the car that they want to trade out that she would put repossession on my credit. Now the second car that they provided is a 2015 ford focus showing as a trade with zero down after a week has the engine light on not able to reverse. Ive been calling since March 13, 2024 still no call backs no resolution and Im out of nearly 2000 without a functioning car .
