My husband and I bought a vehicle from this dealer. As we were about to go home, the check engine light came on and the vehicle had no driving power. We were told to leave the vehicle at the dealership and the mechanic will take a look, fix the problem and drop the car off at my husband's job. Called them multiple times that Monday, they gave me the run around. Called them Tuesday, they told me that they are waiting on the service manager. We still have not received a phone call or any update about this situation. They refuse to give me my down-payment back.. I would never recommend this company to anyone. They lack transparency and that's a big deal.
