Doctors and nurses great but the receptionist was not good so rude they needs someone more nicer to receive patients especially a new ones

I recently visited this Piedmont clinic and had a disappointing experience, mainly due to recurring issues with a particular staff member at the reception desk. This is the third time I've encountered problems with this staff member, l During my recent visit, the reception staff member provided intentionally inaccurate information. I can tell intentionally because every time I visit this site the same staff is acting exactly the same. She gave an excuse that the clinic having insufficient capacity for today and suggested I go elsewhere, even though the waiting area had only two patients. Additionally, she falsely stated that my health insurance was not accepted at the clinic, which I later verified to be incorrect by calling my health insurance. Such experiences erode trust in the clinic's ability to provide reliable and accurate service. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and honesty, and incidents like these are unacceptable. I moved to Buckhead since 3 years and I used to go always to this site with my family. Every time I go I see the same staff member and she used to give EXACTLY the same excuses to let the patients going out. I ended up going Piedmont urgent care - Dunwoody and getting my care. I hope the management takes action to address these issues and ensure all staff members adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy.
