        The staff was very helpful and friendly but the wait was extremely long. I had a 5:15 appointment but didnt leave until almost 7:00. Understaffed maybe.

        My online appointment time was not respected. I waited 45 minutes past the booked time before giving up, still third or fourth in line. The staff did not warn about the delay, nor acknowledge it when I left.
