I recently had two wing chairs and a bench recovered by Status. When I initially contacted them, Jeff responded with that they couldn't take them right away, but also with when they could get to them. Honesty about the schedule was much better than taking them and then keeping them forever. Anyway, once my turn came, they were picked up promptly and completed in a reasonable amount of time and for the price quoted. Then they were delivered with "white glove" service. I'm very pleased with the job and love how they turned out.
