I do not find exceptional customer service to be commonplace. I must tell you, I was pleasantly surprised by the extraordinary customer service, the professionalism and the very fine work product received from Type This. I believe you would not be disappointed to use any of the services this company provides. They are prompt to reply to questions and they cater to the needs of their customer (me). Pleaseddoes not began to express my use of this company. I am ecstatic I found them, and I highly recommend them!!!

Shanica was a life saver! I had a time sensitive project and at the last hour I fortunately found Type This on Google. She patiently worked through my poor grammar, spelling and bad handwriting. She even gave helpful input on content to insure my product contained very professional content. I made my deadline with a document I was proud to present. I needed our homeowners association covenants retyped, and shopped for a typist online. Luckily, I found Shanica and TypeThis. I scanned her the 35 year old pages with type so small you could hardly read it and decades of handwritten notes that needed to be included in the new version. She did it promptly, correctly and cost-effectively. And she was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her and TypeThis.
