I won't return to this terminal. The neighborhood is extremely poor side, rundown, and gives the vibe that staying in your truck is the safest place to be. There is a Double Gate and Electric Fencing. That alone tells me this terminal is not a safe place to stay. Atlanta is a VERY dangerous city as is. I don't understand why a Multi-Million Dollar Corporation would build a terminal in that very location, much less have a terminal that just looks and feels rundown as well. Honestly, I'm surprised those who work here are not ashamed of the location and demanding Headquarters to relocate the Atlanta Terminal to a much SAFER area.

Man if I could do a negative score thats what it would be. From day one it has been red flags telling me not to continue with this company. Communication sucks , pay is trash , and you cant believe a word these people say. Olivia Edwards very tacky and unprofessional. She tells tons of lies and to protect yourself communicate with her in paper trail form. I reported damage to a mirror that wasnt obvious bc only a piece of the frontside of the mirror was missing. The only way I knew was when riding down the mountains the wind began to separate the plastic . I informed the terminal manager that i had to pull over and duck tape it. I had duck tape bc the fridge doors and cabinets fly open and food flies out. Anyways this hot ghetto mess called me and accused me of the damage. No maam you wont put that on me. So we are going back and forth and the trash hangs up in my face. But before that proceeds to lie and tell me it was a brand new truck and that her and Vanessa had just got out the truck. Lies not a new truck there were drinks, socks, bags, and ants still left in the truck and you didnt do a pre or post inspection after the last driver.Trae the terminal manager assigned me the truck. Tacky Olivia told me to tell her the number that I was assigned to. You only handed me the paperwork for the inspection to fill out on my on because you are the definition of lazy . Also never seen a brand new truck with 60,000 miles. Thats considered used. I called claims and she put it in as prior non preventable damage. Pay. Youre out on the road running load for load and cant get a $1000 check. Two $0 checks even though I ran. You literally have to live otr to see any money. Not fit for anybody with a family or a life. They pay 45 cents per mile but the name of the game for them is loads not miles. Had me running Alabama and Tennessee like local loads 4 in one day. But that doesnt benefit me Mike wise. I rather run one load with a lot of miles than 4 with local mileage. Its an issue getting you home on time as well. So if you need to be back on a particular date request home time the day before because the day you requested you will still be running. Not to mention myself and others in my top gun program but different orientations was told 7 day rotation but the expectation was 14 days one guy said they wanted him to run for 3weeks. You can never reach anyone especially in an Urgent situations. Im upset that I didnt take my offer with Werner. Dedicated route but required two weeks out. The only reason to chose knight was bc of the lies about home time. It weird to that I can not locate HR or Ethics to file formal complaints against the people they need to remove that is a poor representation of what they say their company stands for. Faraz and Vanessa the best thing smoking in Atl terminal dry Van side. Other than them put the whole terminal and company in the trash.If you know like I know RUN Not worth the little pay

I've been hear three months now, it's been a bit rocky. Good miles for the most part. Truck maintenance is pretty bad, I'm on my second truck now. First truck went in the shop every week for the first three weeks (still not fixed) Second truck "thrid day" in the shop. From the looks of things it's a band-aid it and keep it running until total failure kind of shop. Dispatch is okay but disorganized, and will feed you a line of b.s. to keep you going. If it wasn't for the truck maintenance issue I could put up with the rest. You just got roll with the punches here. I really wish I could stay with this company but it's disorganized at least here in Atlanta. I've been on the road to long to put up with poor truck maintenance. 12 year driver. I've been having to fix or work around most truck issues to keep moving legally. If someone from corporate sees this you really need to look into the shop in Atlanta. I know freight is slow right now but come on a driver shouldn't have to worry if there truck will make it or if it will pass dot check.
