Schneider maintenance is horrible no one cares about repairing things correctly bad lazy pms done once a year how this company gets authority to do them themselves stuns me operations is nice only reason I stay equipment and maintenance worst among the megas none are great Atlanta and Charlotte are the worst stay away if possible.

They are very strict. I was told having a phone on the yard will lead to termination and many other things by the know it all who runs orientations.. they also still use outdated equipment and logging devices. Didn't make it past orientation but I'm doing well at crst I thank them so much for giving me opportunity and I should have never left them in the first place but forget this company and everything they stand for I've learned so much gotten good with my driving and backing this company is an L and doesn't care for your driving success, they succeed off treating their drivers like slaves with low paychecks and super strict strict assenine standards

Not organized. Had to walk the whole lot looking for a empty. They need to have empty separate from loaded trailers. Took 2 hours walking around to find empty. Not good
