They booked a load with me and for almost a year I am trying to get paperwork from them, all team just ignoring emails and calls (acc. dep., dispatchers). Be careful to put them on your loads. These people are not professional and they're not good at communication at all.

I was always hesitant in using a dispatching service, i know dispatching well and can dispatch myself but market is so bad and I was stuck in Elwood for hours with not freight coming out, I decided to give them a try, Corey not only helped me come out of the bed area but also planned my loads in advance for 2-4 days out, I am a runner and now I don't have to worry about my loads I always have good paying loads and I just focus on my driving, thank you Corey for all the help. There are times where I feel frustrated and feel they are pushing but I know they do it to maximize the revenue and keep you rolling!

Metromax( third party contractors for FedEx) does not deserve any stars, but here's one star because I had no choice. This company is misleading in their recruiting and hiring process. The advertised compensation is fabricated and untrue for the delivery driver position. Most importantly....listen to this, according to this company, "due to the resources used during the training process, if you resign within 60 days and fail to give 2 weeks written notification, " they have the right to withhold your final paycheck." Last I checked, the State of Georgia is a right to work State. All companies use resources during hiring and training process, what makes Metromax any different. There are several former employees who share this complaint. This company has profited from our hard work and is holding our compensation hostage. This job was hard labor with long days. They want you to work 12-14 hours days, 6 days a week. Then comes this slap in your face of withholding wages if you choose to end your employment this cannot be legal. I plan to fight legally for the release of my compensation.

Good team with good communication. The Operation Manager went out of his way to make sure that we understand the business and what it takes to be successful. Would recommend for carriers that are looking to run and don’t mind sleeping on the road.
