I never leave reviews but this time it was just necessary because it bothered me. I try my hardest to support small businesses and I try even harder to support black owned businesses but the majority of the time it goes bad. I chose, well I was going to choose this company because the reviews were so great. I have had the hardest time dealing with Camille who is the person who books your date. The first date that i talked to her over the phone (which was 5/15/2018) she told me she would text me from another number. After she texted, I texted her photos of what I needed moved and the date. She told me the times they would arrive and that was that. There wasnt anything more that made me feel like I had a set date. On 5/21 I had to text her to see would I receive any type of agreement or anything and she said yes. I have yet to receive anything. A couple days later I texted to confirm the dates they were open for business and she never replied. I gave it more time and then I called the company number again and she picked up. I asked her was she the only person that arranges moves and she told me yes. She asked me why and if she could help me with anything and I politely told her I was just hoping I could get someone because she has not been available to get back to me. She apologized and then said she never received my messages and she could take care of me further. I still have yet to receive any type of agreement or confirmation of my scheuded date via email. I reached out to her on June 2nd letting her know the complex moved my move in date by four days and can I move the date. She asked to what date and I replied. Well today is the 8th and I have yet to hear anything back. I cant speak for my experience with the entire company because I have only interacted with her. What I will say is she was very sloppy and not very professional about handling bookings. Its really not that hard to give people good service. I really wanted to go with this company which is why I kept reaching out. However I rather get rid of the headache and go with a company that will keep the communication open and send me an agreement that makes me feel secure about my move date. -Leonard thanks for the reply, but at least be honest. I sent all information requested from me. If there were restrictions on changing dates that were out of my control I wish I would have known upfront because I was honestly unaware that would be an issue. This change request was not last minute, it was requested over a month prior to the move date. If the complex changes the dates what is a girl to do? I cant move into a place that is unavailable. Please accept my sincere apology if that was a problem. Have a great one Leonard.

Great service! Picked up and delivered my new couch and took my old one to the garage of a friend's! Called on Sunday and they were able to do it the next day. Very professional and everything turned out great as I was unable to be home to supervise.
