It has ok communication , but if something can not be done they are not honest , will charge despite knowing that the job will not be done correctly! Do not recommend this place

Worst experience ever done with a repair man, over paid for service that was very much under served and Im stuck with the same problems, this company is going in a hole never experienced anything like it before, go to them if you want a cheap job with continuous lies and run arounds and no sense of real business going on 0/5 if I could rate, more of a headache then anything what goes around comes around this business is unacceptable.

I made the decision to use this company for rim repair based on their "good" reviews. Unfortunately, their advertised "warranty" is non-existent, and they refused to fix their own mistakes. Instead of taking responsibility for doing a terrible job welding my rim, they completely shifted the blame to a used tire I purchased. Just to make sure I had the car towed yet again to buy a new tire. The brand new tire still won't hold air. The guy pressured me to send payment without wanting me to inspect the work and I see why. It was an attempt to hide the poor work on the rim repair. Argued me down and pressured me to pay him even though the tire continued to leak. When I contacted him the next day because my tire was still flat he accused me of writing a negative review and I had to remove the review for him fix wheel. I just feel frustrated and deceived. Mapp roadside continues to evade responsibility and gaslit me throughout the experience, making me wait all day and then switching the appointment at the last minute..This entire situation has been expensive, frustrating, and deceitful. They lack morals, integrity, and professionalism

This business deserves 0 stars. This place is a scam. Terrible customer service. The warranty is a lie, and they do not honor it. They thought we posted a review and said they would only honor the warranty if we removed the review. However, that was a different customer. Note that you cannot verify the work is done until you pay. But then, when you realize there is an issue, they do not prioritize you as a customer and leave you stranded and try to blackmail you to honor their warranty. The gentleman that picks up the tire and answers the phone is extremely defensive and difficult to talk to. A fast talker that tries to talk his way out of situations instead of being transparent, honest and easy going. Do not use!
