Came in for an oil change and a free tire rotation. I was told mid oil change that the tires needed to be replaced but I refused to do it because my car only has 20k miles. When I go up to pay I asked if the tires were rotated and I get the answer No. I had no reason to replace it since you need new tires. Also, as expected, the price you see on the website is completely different from the one you get in store.

I came to this location today to get my husband new tires for his car, and Darwin was very helpful and kind. I had called the day prior and asked him questions and over the phone he was very polite and professional. I just want to express how much I truly appreciate the great customer service that Darwin provided because you do not find that kind of customer service nowadays. Keep up the good work. Definitely will be returning to this location for any of my car needs.
