    DONT DO IT!!!! DONT DO IT!!!Not happy at all with this company, the packages arnt worth the money, the service runs out way too fast AND THEN THEY WANNA CHARGE MORE. the customer service was HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!!!! Thye also tried to sign me up with a different provider that they work with and totally screwed that all up. Lied about the billing, the prices, said it was a one year contract then when everything was done and im locked in i get a conformation email with WAYYYYY different prices and a 2 year contract, they then told me there was nothing they could do but try to call the other company. Patheic, dishonest, disgusting. Horrible service worse customer service. DONT DO IT!!!

    This is fun. Tried calling to get pricing, their customer service is only there M-F 9-5 So their official policy is, if your internet goes down, oh well. They responded to this saying, "but if you want to purchase service, you can do that 24/7!" You understand that my complaint is that your customer service department is closed ever, right? I'm not annoyed that I can't buy from you 24/7, I'm annoyed that if I do I can't get customer service 24/7. What on earth kind of broadband business is this

    I've had their Webmail since '97. I still pay for this and in the last few years they have all kinds of problems and there is no help. You can call Tier 2 or 3 and the techs blame you, your computer, your browser, your cache... etc. It's never Earthlink's fault. I've contacted the President, upper tech execs, etc. It doesn't matter, it just keeps happening. My email was off for 3 hours today. They have no idea why. They don't care. I've lost emails which is also my business account and those emails bounced back to the sender during these three hours. I'm so sick of their lack of help and charging for services that just disappear randomly. And this response from Samantha is indicative of their blame of the customer and their lack of service. If I did nothing on my end, and when the tech who will always blame me did nothing, yet my email was gone for 3 hours and just popped back on for unknown reasons, then clearly it seems to be their fault, yet they never take responsibility.

    Do not bother getting internet with them!! I had no internet for 3 days now and nobody came to fix it. I called costumer service and they send somebody to come fix it from 12pm to 4pm so I stayed home to Wait on them to come. Then 4 oclock come nobody came still so I called costumes service and then they told me they running behind the time is changed to 5:45 to 6pm. So I waited then 6 oclock come nobody still not here. So I call again then they tell me the time was changed to 4 to 8. How did it charge to that idk!!! Then 8 oclock comes nobody still not here!!! So I call again and they told me I can Reschedule I told them no because I need my internet that I pay for every month. I work from home and Im In school I need my internet fixed asap. Then they told me to wait another hour. Yea you guess it nobody came!!! They are so Unprofessional Im so upset right now. Take your money and go Elsewhere!!
