Annica has consistently called me after hours - so that if I miss the call I wouldnt be able to call her back. One of the staff members relayed to me that they came up with totally different numbers than annica when I called back ! And now this Ms neal calls me with the ugliest tone and a sarcastic attitude.
These women are unprofessional and shouldnt be allowed to work for anyone if they feel the need to behave like garbage towards people trying to file their taxes - not at all for free!

I scheduled an appointment at the peach tree after having issues with this group of people. I was alerted today that my appointment was canceled and rescheduled back to the 10th St. location. Annica, canceled my appointment with the office and the individual that I was supposed to work with today, and is attempting now to force me, without my knowledge to work with her, despite their disrespectful and ugly behavior.
All of these women need to be fired. Theres no reason for this type of situation to occur. They are now once again, wasting my time.
