        Publix nd the DELI dept. should strongly be giving kudos to TERRELL. The man has customer service ON LOCK!!!

        I ordered a sub in advance, came in 15 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. There was no line for subs. It wasn't ready. I spoke to the sandwich maker and she said she would make it then. I said, no worries I can do some shopping. Came back 15 minutes later and she hadn't even started it. Went to the customer service counter to say, "Hey. I just wanted to let you know that your sandwich worker seems a little overwhelmed." Then explained what happened. The customer service guy was half listening and just seemed annoyed that I was even talking to him. He was in no way interested in my concern.
