        I always receive high standards of service here. I had an issue with stale taco shells so I couldnt use them for my dinner and Maddie at customer service offered a refund AND a replacementI was SHOCKED! Every interaction I had here has been pleasurable and I continue to be amazed by the level of service offered here every dayCheshire bridge will always be my favorite

        When people think of Publix they think of a high level of service. Well today I had a very disappointing visit today at this location. The customer service lead Maddie was extremely rude while denying me access to the general manager. It was very disappointing to have horrible customer service from a person of leadership at Publix. This location has continued to let down the high level of service people seek from Publix. It is sad and I hope that the managers are holding their employees accountable for this low level of service.
