DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS. My partner rented from this place for around a year and last week he had $14,000 in music equipment stolen from his unit. The look was drilled out and several car loads were stolen, including a couch. My partner found out when he came back to his unit and the instantly lock fell out. His unit was right in front of a security camera and required two passcodes to enter the facility. We have been unable to contact the property manager. After we reported the issue, his unit got broken into again! Clearly the unit is not secure like it claims. Also, he's had issues with leaks and had been stuck in an elevator. The police did recover one item from a pawn shop, but have not turned over the identity of the culprit(s) based on the pawn shop record or the security footage. They also have not released the name of the pawn shop where the item was found. Please do not rent from here if you have unique values. My partner is a musician and will likely never recover the creative property that was stolen from here.

I want to thank Morningstar Storage in Brookhaven for their welcoming hospitality. Demi is amazing. The staff was friendly and very concerned about making my move as easy as possible. They even provided me with the company box truck to move my belongings. I have already shared my experience with my friends about how Morningstar pricing and facility are the best in the city. I will definitely refer more friends to Morningstar Storage in Brookhaven.
