I have been trying for over a month to reach someone at the Professional Licensing Board (SOS). This is absolutely ridiculous that emails and phone calls go unanswered. You created this stupid Pin to log in and said you sent the PIN but i received nothing and can't reach anyone for assistance.

I have been calling and emailing since January to speak to someone from the licensing division. Its March and no answer so far.

Overcharged on annual registration. Everyone make a complaint on better business bureau.

I have called the licensing dept. at 8am on the dot every day for weeks, Im either told that they are too busy and to try later. Or, I sit on hold for hours. Im so glad the government has no regard for anybody, proves that there IS a problem. Why not hire people that want to work? I wish I could leave zero stars for this review, but even then thats still too high.

They are literally the worst and most unprofessional operation of business. The Georgia Secretary of State never picks up the phone and assist anyone. I have filed for my LLC and they took my money with no response or update regarding my LLC. This was three years ago and still no help !!!!!! PURE TRASH !!!! Yall are lucky yall are the only option for getting an LLC in the state of Georgia. This is ridiculous to take someones money without any type of update regarding your LLC. But Im sure you want us to pay $250.00 every year to make sure our business is registered annually. LITERALLY HATE YALL
