Be Relax

I had the best chair massage ever in the ATL Be Relax with Yoshi. She is the tension whisperer and worked out the nastiest of kinks in my neck and shoulder. I will definitely seek her out the next time I'm in ATL

After waiting an hour and a half of what was supposed to be 40-50 minute wait, I inquired what was happening, especially since the person on the top of the list was still "on deck." I was then informed that their online system was messing up. THEN a lady who stated she had been waiting pulls out cash and says I'm not waiting anymore. Although her name was well after mine, the worker gladly took her in and sat her down for a massage. I then asked if the table massages were even happening and I was told no, as they didn't have anybody there to do that... Would have been good to have a sign that stated "no table massages today". Finally, my travel companion inquired about sitting while waiting to get a back massage was told they had no waiting area... Even though not long after that she offered a waiting seat to the guy who was with the lady with the cash. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Ive walked by this place 100 times over the past few years. After flying across the country for the last few weeks, I needed 15 minutes of a chair massage. Yoshi, thanks for everything. Youre the best!

Great experience!! I will definitely be stopping by here whenever I am through the Atlanta airport. Tyrrah is a genius, I feel like I can move my neck/shoulders after just 20 minute session.
