HydraPlus Virginia Highlands

I had a mobile hydration appointment booked for a month out and sadly they didn't communicate with me very well. At first they said they could absolutely come all the way out and they wouldn't have a problem seeing me. And for a month I had very little communication from them stating they couldn't find a technician to help me. I finally just cancelled my appointment even though this was my last ditch effort to get the hydration IV that I desperately need. Very disappointed in them giving me two different answers getting my hopes up at first then crushing them later.

Darcy is my absolute favorite. Her customer service is amazing. They have very reasonable monthly plans that I recommend. I only removed a star because once I arrived at 5:30 and couldn't be seen although I was a member and when I called the person was extremely rude to me. Basically if you're not there by 5 you're not going to be seen.

This was my first experience with Hydra+ at the Virginia Highlands location in Atlanta. The staff is excellent, the facility is clean and the environment was so relaxing that I felt like I was reclining on my La-Z-Boy at the house watching TV during my IV Drip Therapy lol I highly recommend this facility to anybody whos looking for quality professionals to assist you in health & wellness procedures. FIVE STARS!!!

Harrison and Kirsten had amazing customer service. I stopped by as a walk-in, and they got me set up easily. Harrison did great with my IV stick/injection. He was extremely informative. I had an amazing experience.
