Maurice handled our matter with exceptional professionalism and speed. He knew everything that was needed and handled my matter with veteran skills. The security officer at the door was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the processes. If you need social security help avoid the office downtown. Nobody understands basic tasks there and they will rush people out to take breaks immediately between customers. This office is light-years ahead of them operationally.

I had a phone appointment today and had the pleasure of speaking with Mr Davis. He was very Cordial and Professional throughout the call. He answered each question that I had . I felt that he was knowlegabe and well prepared on the subject matter that we discussed. Thanks again!!

I came there earlier and Moriz (Counter # 8) were very helpful. He went above and beyond to accommodate and help fix my problems about my papers. Thank you soo muchh!! The only problem I experienced before going to the office earlier is that no one answers the phone everytime I call to follow-up but anyways thank you Moriz! Kudos!

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing this letter to file a complaint against Supervisor Lettice McBean at the Camp Creek Social Security office. I was a customer at the office on (06/27/23), and the way I was treated by Supervisor McBean was nothing short of appalling. Supervisor McBean was completely unprofessional and appeared to be dismissive of me from the moment I arrived. When she asked for persons with appointments I spoke up, was ignored and mocked. Despite my repeated attempts to get her attention, Supervisor McBean continued to treat me poorly and made me feel like I was being bullied while I was there. As a customer, I should have been treated with respect and dignity, regardless of my race or ethnicity. I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of Supervisor McBean, and I urge your office to take appropriate action against her. No customer should ever be made to feel like they are less important or inferior in any way. I hope that you will investigate this matter thoroughly and take the necessary steps to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
