Shops Around Lenox

DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. THEY WILL BOOT YOUR CAR. You will need to pay $75 to get out. I was in and out within 1 hour at this place and across the street at Lenox Square. This was an extortion! Why not put up parking meter and, or parking gate with ticket to be paid. If I can give this place a zero it deserves ZERO

I literally felt personally violated by their parking situation. Its creepy and shouldnt be legal. Basically they have signs that say you can only park in the lot if youre a patron of Shops Around Lenox which by the way who ever knows the name of a shopping mall???? Anyway theres a mall steps away from their strip mall - so when you get out of your car after you park, THEY FOLLOW YOU FROM A FAR AND TAKE A PICTURE OF YOU walking away from their strip mall!!! And then boot your car!!! Such a sad cash grab and feels CREEPY.

Be careful of the security for this plaza. They are just waiting to see you get off your car so they can boot you. They even assist you as you park. Well that what happen to me. I went shop at the plaza, but my family cross over to the mall I still got booted and had to pay the fee.

I planned to shop at Lenox and parked at shops around Lenox, did not know Lenox square and shops around Lenox are two different places and you should not park there if you go across the road even you eventually plan to shop around Lenox. So I first went to Lenox square, returned and found my car got booted, mood got destroyed paid fine instead of buy things. Its better to have a sign to explain more about this? Maybe it's not fair for shops around the lenox square due to my own stupidity but I don't want to shop here again
