Returned an item to the store and it never was shipped back. Im stuck eating the cost for $100 sneakers I no longer have and the 1-800 is no help

The shopping center is magical and so is the Adidas store, but I imagine that's why there aren't many offers.

Ive just spent the last 30 minutes in this store with the associate being rude to me simply because she didnt want to exchange an item. I had my son with me. I was simply there for an exchange. She was rude, confrontational and simply unkind the day after Christmas. The feedback from the manager on duty was I belittled her. He said nothing while she was standing there being rude to me. He finished the transaction. He said she returned the item, charged me for the gift someone gave me only to say the previous associate didnt return the item to refund me and re ring it. Meanwhile, Im standing there and they are being kind to all of the Caucasian guests are greeted with hello and how may I help you. I received attitude the second I got to the counter. Help me understand this????? Customer service and manager training is needed immediately. Also, if you dont like your job..QUIT
