I purchased shoes at another location, in another state, they were the wrong sizes, one a 9.5 the other a 10.5. No worries, mistakes happenI take them to the Cumberland location to exchange them. The manager sees me come in, doesnt greet us, after a brief exchange with the cashier, whos uncertain as the policy, the manager comes over and says you HAVE to return them where you bought them. I explained to her it was nearly 700 miles away and she simply said there Wasnt nothing she can do. I politely left. She didnt attempt to help me nor did she offer any viable suggestions to rectify my situation. They DO NOT CARE about customers. I wish I could give Snipes no stars and she the Mgr at Cumberland needs to at least be demoted if not fired.

SNIPES: Lucky I can't give no stars. We came to exchange some shoes at 1130am on a Saturday. They were extremely rude as the gate was closed and there were people crowded around waiting for them to open. They told us, through the gate, they couldn't open because we were standing outside. That made no sense because there would not be a line if you open the gate! They advised the mall would not let them open so we moved back into the middle area of the mall. Then another girl with blondish brown hair came from behind us from the food court getting her lunch I presume, with THE WORST ATTITUDE. She was hollering at us that if we don't go somewhere else they won't open the gate. I almost lost it so I left. I have no choice but to go back to them to exchange the shoes, but I think I will return them because I don't even want this business to have my money with such unprofessionalism from their employees. I asked for a name and I think she mumbled her name was Tarmeka, she was behind the gate explaining to everyone. She wasn't that bad, but the one hollering was too much. With all the shoe stores in the mall, management or owner, yall need to do better.

I came to this store about 6 months ago and received poor customer service, so I left without purchasing anything. Today, I returned to give them another shot. Nothing has changed smh. The front associate was so busy doing his hair and texting that he didn't even notice I'd walked in until I scared him asking for a shoe.

Came here to do some Christmas shopping and received some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. All store associates have poor attitudes and act as if you are bothering them by simply asking a question. I was interested in purchasing a jacket that cost $250, but for some reason the store attendant said the barcode wouldn't scan. I waited for over 10 minutes for them to even request help from a supervisor, and when the supervisor finally came, she had just as poor of an attitude as everyone else. Left the store without making a purchase because of their poor customer service. Won't be back.
