        Hi: I wanted to share how amazing this company's service is in Atlanta Midtown! I was traveling for conference and remembered I needed a color copy of something for our booth the next morning. It was 9 pm at night and I called to see if they could print for me. The gentleman working was so helpful and even WALKED my copy to me at the hotel. I could not believe it! So helpful and kind. We need more of this amazing, old school, friendly customer service!! Bravo and would highly recommend!

      This person was apparently confused with that he got from someone with instructions to return a google fiber device.He wanted us to package it free which we would never do.We service a very large customer based and take pride with our service record.We did everything we could to help but his comments suggest that felt otherwise. He perhaps had a reason to be upset however, he should not have been at us but whoever sent him the instructions or how he misinterpreted the instructions. Fortunately, we don’t run into situations like this often or customers like this often, but we do hope he figured-it out.
