Do NOT use this facility.
I was given an incorrect code to get into the building. I tried calling the property manager a few times and left messages that I Was trapped in the gated parking lot for quite some time and left messages for the property manager and never heard back. I finally was let out of the parking lot by a customer that was in the building who verified the code I was given did not work.
I never received a call from the property manager or public storage my whole move was messed up and I had to find same day accommodations and now they don't want to refund my money. Called the property 2 days later and spoke to Justine and she was happy to close my account and said I needed to call customer service for a refund which I did immediately after hanging up with her and spoke with Alfred and he said they should have issued the refund and because my account was closed(2 minutes ago) he couldn't help me. Now I have to file a dispute in the midst of an out if state move!! Such a scam!!
