Every single car that comes in and out of this facility is a road hazard. Failure to maintain lane, no signals, cars just jump out into the main road without looking, their trailers are always blocking the main road, among other things.

I made several trips with promises of making the deal work in my favor. I was very transparent and informed the sales manager of my situation. I was reassured that they would work the numbers out for me and get me into a vehicle. I was lied to about the amount they would give me for my trade; moreover, the sales manager was unable to keep his promise. In the end the sales man(Harold) and the finance manager(Brandon) was able to turn things around and gave me excellent service. I, initially, decided to never do business with Jim Ellis based on my past experience. The two gentle men I mentioned where able to rectify the situation. In the end, I was a happy customer.
