Capella University hasa literally taken my federal aid of over $10k citing because the day I started made a specialization change, not a program change. I have never been able to reach advising in a timely manner or get a response when needed, and financial aid has given me different answers and responses each time I called. They truly think they can just tell me something and I will believe it. They made the mistakes and even the mistakes wouldn't have cost me my aid because my aid is the same amount regardless each year, and I've been attending the same amount of terms and time as I was when the first semester went fine with aid. Absolutely need someone to go in and see what they are doing because it's not right and they don't care at all.
