Food is ordered at a kiosk, and then you wait for your number to be called. So they've already got your money before you realize that it's going to take FOREVER to get your food. When we visited it was 52 minutes from the time of order to the time of picking up my food. And that time required me to stand in a huge crowd of people waiting for their numbers to be called. Horrible service, and after waiting all that time and getting more and more angry about it, the food was poor quality with several of the items being cold.

I was pleasantly surprised eating here. Usually "theme park" food is expensive, overcooked and tastes bad. While the food here was expensive, it was delicious. I personally ordered the fish and chips. It was and of the best fish and chips I have ever eaten. If this was a standard restaurant, I would make it a point to come back often. My wife was also pleased with her salmon dish. I will say that I paid $4 for about a 4oz juice box, which was ridiculous. The milk was also expensive, but at least it was a regular carton size.

Yes, the prices are high, but you are paying for convenience. The food is mid and my daughter said it was like eating her cafeteria food from school. The place was clean and sitting upstairs offered a reprieve from the noise.

It was pretty decent food I was surprised. It was very overpriced for what it is, but the pizza had really good flavor! The fries were yummy and crispy. The service was really amazing. Only reason I've given it lower stars is the price for what the food was.

Honestly, most of the food wasn't terrible. But the sweet potatoes that were part of the salad I got were not roasted. They were absolutely raw. Not acceptable for quality
