As it goes, it was the first offer from the first appointment that we accepted and closed on thirty days later. Saying Alan exceeded our highest expectations is an understatement. I had the wonderful experience of working with Alan. I have never met someone who works as hard as Alan did to make sure I was happy and comfortable throughout the entire stressful process of buying a home. He is extremely knowledgable and will work his absolute hardest to ensure your needs and wants are met. Within the first few hours of working with him, he took all my comments in and brought me to a home that I was initially not open to looking at. This ended up being my favorite one, and the home I ended up closing on in a very competitive market. He knew what I wanted better than I did! Alan will connect you with people for any possible problem you could run into, he truly makes the process very fun and exciting rather than a stressful one. I highly recommend Alan, you will not be disappointed!

Alan has the energy and stamina and does the work of ten men. We appreciated his passion in our home search process. I knew we were getting something different with him when he voluntarily and happily crawled through the crawl space at the first of many homes we saw in order to check if everything in that space checked out and was up to date. He goes into the deep and dark spaces of homes to check out the big ticket items. We appreciated that he kept our pockets in mind because let's be real, that's what's most important when purchasing a home. From beginning to end, Alan was incredibly knowledgable and helpful. He was especially helpful when it came time to put in a competitive offer on a home. He goes far above and beyond any other real estate agent, so much so that you begin to wonder why... I can only chalk it up to a faithful response to a divine calling. I've never seen anything like it! We will not purchase a home with anyone else except Alan from now on! If we could give more than 5 stars we would!
