Step Up to the Plate Stratus!!!!!!!!! I have been trying to get in touch with one of Stratus apartment complexes for two days. Our son who is in college is leasing an apartment with them and hasn't had a refrigerator for 6 days, they told me 5 days ago it would be fixed that afternoon. Five days later I can't get a phone call returned and no one is ever in the office at the property. We have had to throw out over $200 in food and has had to eat out every meal for 6 days. Stratus should be ASHAMED on how this place is run and just taking money from tenants without services rendered. I will be filing a complaint with the county and state government.

We had a fantastic experience working with Charlie Carroll of Stratus Property Group. We worked through a very complicated deal that involved multiple stakeholders. In total, 15 deeds had to be signed to close the deal. With Charlie, what should have been difficult became close to seamless. All parties involved walked away satisfied.

Stratus Property Group is the best around! Max Albers was my realtor and he did a really good job in assisting me with finding my office space. I was a new resident unfamiliar to the Atlanta area and Max made it extremally easy to work with him and getting me the best location for me to run my business! Highly recommend them to anyone in the Atlanta area!
