Do not do business with Dorsey Alston! Their agents do not care about the city in which they operate and openly disregard city ordinances. Their agent, Kristin Carpenter, is removing a perfectly healthy 300+ year old tree, despite the city rejecting the permit and telling neighbors theres nothing that can be done because she accepts the measly $4,500 fine for removing a piece of living history. Its devastating, but despite pleas from neighbors to stop, the Dorsey agent continues to disregard the ordinance. This is not the type of people you can trust when looking at valuable properties in the city of Atlanta!

Menisha McCallum was a fantastic agent to work with. She was accommodating, open, transparent, and reliable throughout the process; Menisha really cared about us and understood our needs. She was always available to answer our questions and show us properties whenever we asked. She really cares about her clients. Menisha was more than helpful in finding us a home. She was sincere, upfront, and was able to find us a great home that fits right in our price range! She was highly communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions. Menisha made the nightmare of finding a home into a breeze! I give her my highest recommendation if you are looking for an agent who considers her client's needs!

Beware! Had one of their agents Robert Peterson come for a listing presentation. Walked through my Atlanta intown property. Didn't say a word afterwards. Basically no presentation at all. Handed me the companies brochure packet and left. Very unprofessional. Not recommended.
