I have known Todd Robinson for many years. He is an excellent attorney with a broad knowledge to see clients through from start to finish for multi-family real estate projects and other commercial real estate matters.

I am a healthcare worker on the frontline during COVID. I had problems with obtaining a loan on my home. I needed an attorney to get my 15,000k earnest money , or the home I wanted through another mortgage company. Todd said he could help me out. Instead he not only lost the home I wanted, but my earnest money, threatened me to sign documents to give the earnest money back. Also made me responsible for the other parties fees. I have had attorneys in the past but never my own threaten me. I would not recommend this person to anyone. Never should you be threatened by your own attorney , or be responsible for another attorneys fees. I also lost the home. Lost my earnest money , and responsible for more fees from the other party, and Todd said this was a good deal. No human being should be threatened .. especially one risking their life everyday for humanity . This is the worst attorney I have ever encountered . No law protects healthcare workers from white collar criminals like Todd Robinson. He threatened me to sign documents ... and said he did not. What a joke .. that this guy gets away with.
