        My dad was refinancing his home. The lender assigned an appraiser to come out and set the value. However the appraised value seeing significantly lower than all of the values in this area. We were referred to Real Appraisals by a friend just to get a second opinion. It was one of the best calls that we could have ever made!! Based on the report we can tell that the appraiser was not only knowledgeable of the market but our specific market area!!! What a game changer!!! My dads property got the real value that it deserve!! .
