I am so happy to tell everyone how happy we have been with the service we received from Brandon Nunley. I know he is selling left and right but we always felt like we were at the top of his list. His energy and expertise was a pleasure. We felt listened to so well. You cannot go wrong with hiring Brandon. I know everyone has friends in the business but I have followed Brandon through the years and knew this Property Guy was the right one for OUR business.

Brandon is the best in the business. He got us maximum value for our home, dealt with a difficult closing with lots of unexpected issues and then found us a new home even before it went on the market! Brandon navigated everything with expertise! Highly recommend him!

It was amazing having Brandon as our real estate agentand we couldn't be happier with the experience!!! Right from the start, Brandon showed great care and expertise to understand our needs and preferences, which was extremely critical given that we were non-GA residents back then. And he did a phenomenal job guiding us through the entire process - property shortlisting, mortgage application, and closing. Brandon was always easily accessible and made sure he got us whatever help we needed asap. His willingness to visit the properties on our behalf and share back intel was invaluable as we were limited in our ability to travel to Atlanta. Brandon and team went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and supported at every step. We cannot recommend them highly enough!! Thanks for everything :)

Our circumstances were unusual a medical emergency calling for the quick sale of our house which is all the more reason to make the best choice in the selection of a real estate team to work by themselves and handle the entire selling process. We lived in the Austin Lake Subdivision for 25 years and got to see many of the 100 homes change hands over the years. It became evident to most residences that the Property Guys of Atlanta, Real Estate Team was the most successful in marketing, selling, and completing the sale of homes in the neighborhood. We had gotten to know and trust them. When our incident took place, we contacted Brandon, of the Property Guys team, explained our immediate need to move to Florida, and turned everything over to him. It was amazing what happened. We drove to Florida leaving our house intact. Almost immediately Brandon had pictures taken of the house, the home listed on the internet, and showings scheduled. We had full-value offers the first day it was shown. Then, the movers came. Because this move was a surprise to us, several appointments with service people had been scheduled but not canceled. Replacement of some damaged windows was pending with Champion Windows, our annual visit by Terminix (termite contract) was about to take place, and grass cutting and lawn treatment would happen as normal. Brandon told us not to worry, he would step in to handle things. And he did. He even put a drone in the air to answer questions about the roof. We didnt have time to contact a legal team before we left, so the Property Guys team handled that for us, and we are very happy with their choice. There were some items that it made no sense to move to Florida. Brandon helped there too selling an unneeded generator to the new buyers. Whenever an issue or question came up, we knew Brandon was on the other end of the phone, and would take care of it or find an answer. Its all behind us now. How fortunate we are to have selected the Property Guys of Atlanta, Real Estate Team to handle the sale of our home. Over the years we have moved from and sold four homes.
