how long will this SQUATTER be living in your house with a Coldwell Banker for sale sign in the yard.. he is living there rent free power on he is there all day and all nite So how do Coldwell expect to sell this house when its not his house but been living there free for 2 years. I was referred to a realtor that works at this branch from my fiance. I had a lot of issues in dealing with the realtor. I kept telling the realtor what my needs were and I had to explain them over and over for the 50+ days my house was listed through Coldwell. Nothing went right. Everything from the lack in information on the MLS listing to the lack of time given to show my house since I still live there and work from home on a schedule. I only went with the agent due to her telling me the house would immediately sell due to the area/market. After two failed offers, I decided to go with a different firm.
