        I live at the Exchange at Westgate property in Leland, NC. From our first visit at the property we have had amazing experiences. Going from living in our own house to apartment living was intimidating but we could not have lucked out with a better property or management team. Crystal and Priya in the office are always a pleasure to work with and you can tell they truly care about their residents. Tim in maintenance has always been super helpful and available. We have postponed buying a house and after our current 15 month lease is up we will be signing for another 12!

        Racist company. Non responsive. Racist yet again. Unfair. Apartment building mf Kiser lofts and it's location is not safe. Homeless people everywhere. Front door entrance always open. Easy access. Hallways stink. Bottom tier gym, terrible management. Zero Communication from everyone within company.
