Working with Dr. Schultz has been a transformative experience. Genuine and sincere, he has been able to come up with techniques and methods to push me out of my comfort zone and really address the underlying problems that have aggravated my social anxiety for years! As many other people have pointed out, he truly does care. Rather than look up pseudo "treatments" or holistic approaches online or via youtube (as I initially did) , making the decision to call Dr. Schultz will really make all the difference. Thank you, Dr. Schultz.

I had chronic insomnia for like 14 years. I was miserable, it was really hurting my marriage, and I kinda felt like I was cracking up. PCP was leaning on me to get off the damn sleep meds, which weren't doing much anyway. He seen Dr. Schultz on a ted talk or something, and told me to call him. I was sure he couldn't tell me anything I didn't know, but i gave it a shot. Well after about 2 months and 5 sessions with Dr. Schultz, using CBTI, I didn't even meet the diagnosis for insomnia! WTF?! AMAZING! Okay, tbh a lot of the stuff he told me to do did not make sense right away, and was kind of the opposite of what I was doing, but it freaking worked! Also, my anxiety (about sleep and LOTS of other things) got SO much better. Dr. Schultz is the man!

Outstanding Doctor! He helped me to sort things out when I was on the crossrosds with my relationship and carreer and I would highly recommend him to anyone including my friends and family.
