Dr. Purselle and his staff are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a psychiatrist.

Ive had to see psychiatrist since 11 years old as I suffer with extreme anxiety, panic attacks & PTSD. Ive had to move a lot as I dont have family as a young women with now a heart condition cardiologist asking whos about to be my full time caregiver as Im about to stroke! Ive probably had to see around 24 different doctors for my condition. They r usually so expensive and so not experienced, or either nasty offices that deal with suboxine patients with no jobs! Then I get to wait and miss work for 6 hours just to obtain my anxiety medicine. I thank god every day that I found Doctor David Purselle! Because when you suffer with heart problems you cant have a doctor make it even more stressful. This doctor is the most professional, qualified, experienced, knowledgeable, caring, goes out of his way to be quick and make everything as least stressful as possible, he listens to you and not pharmaceutical reps that push doctors to prescribe medication they make $ on. Ive been in marketing for almost 20 years. I hate writing reviews. But if u suffer from anxiety or depression! Switch Doctors now. Dr. Purselle has literally saved my life.

Ive been seeing different Psychiatrists since I was 11 years old. I had to move several times growing up due to my family and out of every doctor Ive ever seen. Dr. Purselle has been more helpful, way more knowledgeable, he actually listens to me, not just prescribes whats on his latest clock or pen ! The most wonderful helpful staff, best follow up you could ever expect or deserve from a doctor of his stature. I truly hope he out lives me as I dont know what Id do if I had to look for another doctor as no one comes close to his intelligence and expertise. Because of Doctor Purselle I get to wake up not in severe heart pain. I can work again. I can handle difficult situations, I would have never made it past without him. I thank god there are still true Doctors like him around. Wish there were more.

Absolutely wonderful doctor. He listened to me so well, asked great questions, and genuinely seemed like he cares. I am super satisfied with my plan of care. 10/10 recommend and cannot wait to speak to him again.

I'm not a big reviewer but mental health is too important. Dr. Purselle is a great doctor. He is very detailed, asks a ton of questions and listened to everything I had to say. He responds to messages in the patient portal very quickly and seems to genuinely care about me as a person. In addition, his staff is very professional and friendly.
